About this house rental

Designed by John Cyril Bennett, who also designed the Pasadena Playhouse, the Pasadena Civic Auditorium, and the Raymond Theatre, this historic bungalow is a charming home away from home. Just a few blocks from Old Pasadena, a highly walkable area with great restaurants and shops.

- Two outdoor spaces to enjoy the California weather: enclosed patio with plenty of seating and garden outside kitchen window
- Open concept living room and dining area
- Master bedroom with King Bed, with access to patio
- Second bedroom with Murphy Bed and Workdesk
- Sleeper sofa in living room
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Central AC and Heating
- Washer and dryer conveniently located in hall next to bedrooms
