20 minutes from Grenoble, in the town of St Martin d'Uriage, this 70 m2 attic apartment with 2 bedrooms + a sofa bed is located in a former hotel in the heart of the seaside resort of Uriage les bains.

When you enter the apartment you arrive in the entrance extending into the kitchen and then the living room.
-The large bedroom with a 160*200 cm bed, cupboard, bed linen, duvet + pillows, TV.
-a bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, towels.
-a separate toilet (1 roll),
-a bedroom with 2 beds 90*190cm, duvets, pillows, bed linen, TV.
-a living room with 1 3-seater sofa + 1 sofa bed 160*200, duvet, pillows and bed linen.
In order to receive you in the best conditions and to ensure your comfort, we provide you:
- Smart TV (you can access your Netflix accounts, Prime Video etc...)

A cellar is located under the apartment for skis, bikes, strollers...
Your arrival will be autonomous, a key box will be on the door of the accommodation, I will communicate all the elements after your reservation.
It is a beautiful village where you can walk like me, mountain bike, run and many others I am here to inform you at any time so do not hesitate.
