It is located in the apartment building that has garbage as soon as you walk in the door. We need to check in with management and upload ID online first before you can get a code to the lockbox. Then pray that the key doesn't get stuck in the door after you unlock it. There's no washcloth nor AC in the room, and you need to borrow a fan. And then you need to pray that they do bring you a fan to your room; otherwise, you'll be hot all night. I would only go to this place as a very last resort. The only thing is that the parts was really cheap.
