About this house rental

Summary:

This lovely 1 BDR is the perfect place for a couple or single traveler. There are multiple rooms, one quiet office and a bedroom that makes this retreat in the city one of a kind. The private backyard is an idyllic place for morning coffee. The location is very central and easy to access all things downtown Boulder.

The Space:

The kitchen has all you need to make any meal during your stay. We don't have a TV as our desire is to create a quiet, peaceful experience for our guests. Wifi is available for all your connectivity needs.

Other Things to Note:

There is no dryer on site, only a drying rack.

The front yard is used to grow alfalfa, which is harvested twice during the summer and used for compost. Please enjoy the beautiful green space during your stay and feel free to appreciate this unique feature of the property.
