The Ni Villas Akyarlar

A short distance from windsurfing, fishing, and more, this smoke-free villa lets you experience it all. There's convenient nearby parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 6-minute walk to Karaincir Beach or the 9-minute walk to Akyarlar Plajı.

Relax by the outdoor pool (enjoy the sun loungers!) or sip a drink in the garden of this villa, which also features a deck or patio and beach/pool umbrellas. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and flat-screen TV.

As you settle into this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom rental, you'll find a charcoal grill, luggage storage, and climate-controlled air-conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a rainfall showerhead, along with a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And because there's a washer/dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.
