Signature Grande with swimming pool pondicherry

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although the building is older and the balcony is quite small, the overall stay was pleasant. The swimming pool also looked very good and appeared to be well maintained. While we didn't have the opportunity to use it, it certainly looked inviting. They do provide free ground floor parking though its kind of tricky with some pillars but nice good to have feature.

The property is located quite far inside from the main road, so having your own car or a driver is highly recommended. Otherwise, reaching the hotel can be a bit inconvenient. The staff were generally courteous. However, during check-in, despite having a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, we were initially informed that the property was fully booked. After verifying our Booking.com reservation, the staff acknowledged the booking and completed the check-in process. Apart from this initial inconvenience, we did not encounter any significant issues during our stay. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

Everything is good. Actually it was totally worth the money. A calm and peaceful environment. Staffs are quick responsible.

The only that disappointed us is the location because it was too long from the main road/city. No quick access to shops, hotel and even small tea stalls. Also the mirrors and some of the walls are damaged and the management didn't changed that.

Rooms are big and comfortable, swimming pool maintenance is well and good,overall environment is peace and calm.

What i didn't like is they didn’t mentioned it is far from highway and it is near to pondicherry and not in pondicherry, we are really suffered for food and there are no vehicles nearby, if u have any own vehicle then this will be the best stay, and they don't give any complimentaries, i didn’t like that, they only provide towels, and no toiletries. It is a bit far from local tourist places. Hotel is good to stay, but if u came for tourism u should get ur own vehicle. Staff and all everyone is good.

Rooms windows were shut and not ventilated at all. the Rooms in front were completely blocked by the glass facade and was like no ventilation from outside. was informed the property was recently purchased by new owner n still under renovation. Bright side is the decent swimming pool . Rooms are fairly large, but the side windows in bedrooms are easily openable from outside.
