飲み物の自動販売機にアルコールがない

川俣温泉がきれいでよかった。ホテル内部も清掃が行き届いていた。 外出の際、カードキーの持ち出し、帰ってきたときもスムーズ。

アメニティーを入れる籠か袋がほしい。外出の際、カードキーの持ち出しで、無くしそうだったので、カードホルダーの貸与があるといい。 会社出張だったのに、個人カード支払いのため、領収書の発行が会社名で出来なかった。

Very new hotel which was clean and nice to be. Good onsen. There is a restaurant for diner and breakfast (not included). Food was Japanese only.

The bed was a bit too hard for me and the rooms were very (very) small. We could barely walk into the room with all the luggage. Size of the rooms should be a bit bigger to be comfortable. Although i did the pre-booking process but during check in i had to redo some of it. It was a waste of time. Personnel did not speak very good English. Parking lot was full when we arrived. Location is quite remote and not interesting.
