The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and very helpful, they went out of their way to assist me in organising my gorilla trekking experience. The hotel also felt very safe and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Das Hotel im Allgemeinen und das Zimmer im Speziellen waren sehr sauber, wenngleich Wäsche (Handtücher, Betttuch) nicht fleckenrein gewaschen waren. Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden und man kommt auch zu Fuß sehr gut ins Zentrum.
Das Bett war nicht so toll: Die Matratze gab sehr weit nach, ich schwitzte darin (materialbedingt), das Moskitonetz erschien mir nicht vertrauenswürdig und ich verwendete mein eigenes. In meinem Zimmer gab es kein Außenfenster, sondern nur ein Fenster und die Glastür zum Innenhof und der Balustrade, Das Hotel selbst hielt die Nachtruhe ein, in der Nachbarschaft (es stehen in einer Reihe viele Hotels) lief teilweise nachts durchgehend laute Musik, auch unter der Woche,
