Konumu çok merkezi. Merkeze çok yakın olduğu için yürüyerek istediğimiz yere gittik. Terasının olması avantajlıydı. Deniz manzarasıyla keyifli biir terastı. Çamaşır makinesi olması ve çamaşırlarımızı kurutmak için terasta kurutma teli olması iyiydi. Mutfaktaki malzemeler çok yeterliydi. Evin sahibi Dimitris'in bilgilendirmeleri iyiydi.
Ev biraz küçüktü. Yatak odası dardı. 3 kişi konakladık. Hareketlerimiz biraz kısıtlandı. Fotoğraflarda daha geniş duruyordu. Duşun içinde şampuan vb. gibi malzemeleri koyacak bir raf olsa, iyi olurdu. Yatak rahattı ama yastıklar çok sertti.
