The pool is nice. Only 4 poolside beds and no sun after 13.00hrs. Great bars nearby. Bhat bus to Jontiem about 500 mts. Close to beach ⛱️ Laundry. Cheap water refill machines. Lovely poolside bar. The owner Lisa is exceptional, friendly,caring and prepares good food and drinks 🍸
No sun on pool after 1pm. Sink and shower outlet was blocked. Despite several calls to the management of the room ( not the hotel) nothing was done. Filthy under the bed. Rubbish bag full of smelly stuff under sink on balcony.

Swimming pool excellent
The arrival situation was non existant. Relying on internet based messages is not helpful when there is no receptiion facility. Should be more clarification at booking stage.
