Bardzo fajna okolica, bez zgiełku i hałasu, a jednak w bliskiej odległości do centrum. Bardzo czysto, apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba, był nawet odkurzacz.

Na plus jest położenie obiektu. Blisko do szlaków turystycznych jaki i relatywnie blisko do centrum miasta - nie trzeba jeździć samochodem. Dobra lokalizacja na wyjście w góry a i z dala od miejskiego zgiełku.
Wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego wymaga poprawy. Mocno zużyte garnki. Jedna mała patelnia (przepalona), Brak kubków do herbaty, tylko małe filiżanki do kawy. Noże tępe. O ile na 2-3 dni nie stanowi to większego kłopotu o tyle na 7 to już spora niedogodność. Łazienka wymaga drobnych prac naprawczych (kabina, wieszaki, szafka).
