A&N Beachfront Family House with Pool & Solarium

Quiet family friendly location, easy access to the beach.

The house has wonderful potential, but unfortunately the management falls short in several areas. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was a specific coffee machine, but no “welcome” coffee capsules were provided. There was also a dishwasher but no detergent, which makes little sense for guests traveling internationally who are staying only a few nights. The pots and pans were very old and heavily scratched, making them unsuitable for cooking, and there wasn’t a single oven-safe baking dish. From the first day, the sinks and showers were clogged. The ground-floor shower also flooded easily if the drain wasn’t working perfectly. Maintenance was slow to respond to these issues. No pool towels were provided. Communication from the management company was overwhelming—they sent very long messages containing very little essential information, making it difficult to find what actually mattered. There were no instructions inside the house regarding the Wi-Fi, garage access, or pool hours and access. If I were the owner, I would seriously consider changing the management company, because this property has excellent potential and deserves much better management.
