Dinner buffet did not meet our expectation

I am so happy that their ambient, cleanness, dress code of the staff. Siming pool area is quite nice and well manage. Housekeeping is good. Curtesy of staff is very good. More helpful.

Their drainage system have some problem, even in the room some bad smell coming when we open the toilet door. Same problem in changing room at the pool. Stayer case to dining area is not properly done. There is no proper landing on the middle and this can not be differentiated from rest of the steps. No elevator is provided to go to dining room at first floor.

The hotel is impressive on arrival. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The outlook is green and calm.

The architect created a grand building but overlooked practicalities - for example, why is a step necessary to reach the lift? The kitchen is downstairs but the restaurant upstairs forcing both customers and staff to go up and down. Instead of having an integrated air-conditioning system, there is an individual unit in each room with the external unit just outside on the balcony resulting in a lot of noise when in use. The choice of food in the restaurant is too international with a lack of local dishes. The bar is a non-starter, furnished more like a schoolroom and has a less than minimal choice of beverages. Some of the glass panes, notably those in the restaurant, look as though they had never been cleaned since the hotel opened.
