We've stayed at this property twice during our transit trips, and this time we decided to skip the city center and choose this more peripheral property, mainly for the reserved parking and modern look. When we arrived, the AC was working and the apartment was cool and clean, with a pleasant smell in the air. The fridge was also functioning, and the complimentary two bottles of sparkling mineral water were a nice welcome. We had the ground-floor apartment. Plenty of sunlight hit the windows, but thanks to the external rolling shutters, we had no problem keeping it cool and private. The main bed was big and comfortable, and there was also a nice extendable couch. We didn't have the chance to sit at the outdoor table due to the heat, but it's a nice option to have. It's about a 15-minute walk (or a couple of minutes by car) to reach Penny or Spar. You can access the property via the outer ring road around Mosonmagyaróvár, avoiding the need to drive through the city center. I believe this location would also be nice for longer stays, but for a one-night stop, it's perfect.

Overall, there were no major negative points. We did get the impression that the AC was struggling a little to keep up with the heat, and it could probably use some maintenance. We also received the request for the required documents (scanned copies of our passports) late in the day, while we were already on the road. This could be improved by sending the request at least 24 hours in advance.
