Вхід безконтактний. Апартаменти чисті. Розташування досить непогане.
Темно, мало світла. Плита на фото є, але газу нема! Електрочайник дешевий пластик, має запах. Поряд з апартаментами знаходиться трамвайне депо, а в апартаментах зовсім нема шумоизоляції, бо погане вікно. Якщо не заткнути вуха то спати неможливо, вже у 5:00 ранку шум та скрежить від трамваїв. Якщо вас троє, то трете розкладне ліжко майже перекриває прохід. Зі всіма ціми недоліками ці апартаменти не можуть стільки коштувати!
