The location is great, close to public transport, within 3-5 minutes walking you have groceries (esselunga is a big supermarket has all you need), restaurants and coffee shops, and of course, other shops if shopping fever hits. I have had chosen this place for its 2 separate rooms and the kitchenette with washing machine, as we are a family with kids and we prefer to have home-like amenities for little snacks any time or clean clothes even when travelling lightly. Good Wifi. The building has elevator if you need it.

It was very cold and for heating there is only one mobile radiator (which we used for the kids room). We also used AC on heating mode but it’s located above the entrance and it’s not having much effect in none of the rooms, only for the hallway/kitchenette and the bathroom. Be careful to check the hot water tank to be turned on when you arrive as for us it took around 2 hours to have proper hot water for shower - it’s not working instantly trust me, no matter what you’ll be told. We got in Milan in December, of course it’s cold but you would expect for a comfortable place to rest after long walks and visiting, and I guess the AC in the summer is not cooling much the rooms either from that position - it’s too far from where you need it, no matter if for cooling or warming. The windows are facing a little piazza/pietonal zone and can be noisy until after midnight.

Location was good and space. No WiFi even though I have told them but didn’t care about it

Air conditioning was not good very hot difficult to sleep
