very near to Mall ( walking distance) & event hall

since no human interaction, we have to endergo so many steps ( just follow instruction tru email) thats quite troublesome especially to gen 'baby boomers'.. which finally we don't get free parking

The house is clean n comfortable. Very worth it with a comfortable environment like being in ur own house.

For those who are not familiar with I City, it is very complicated to find a house location.

- Clean - Well maintained and well kept - Easy to communicate with the host - Complete with Coway, water heater, clean plates and mugs, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine & detergent - Comfortable bed + lots of extra beds - Big screen TV - Beautiful house As someone who always have a staycation in ICity, it is safe to say that this is by far the best homestay ive ever booked. Finally a house that feels like home! So worth the money and will always look forward to book with this host kalau ada rezeki lagi. thank you for having a really well-maintained house!!

- The view is not as nice as you cant see the Icity- but can be easily ignored cause of all the goods that they have
