I liked the great central location in Zagreb, everything was easy to reach on foot or by tram. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant.

The Location was in the city center which was great
The beds were not comfortable and beds sheets and towels were Worn out.
Too many ants in first floor
The entrance and stairs were very dark at night with no lights and on the ceiling before the apartment door big cracks and there were wooden columns to support it.
Very late check in 5 PM
We’ve asked the host to leave our car for extra 2 hours after checking out at 10:00 AM but refused.
