Cold, uncomfortable
The owner didn't realise the booking was for the day we'd booked so didn't respond and the. We had to wait for over 1.5 to get in to it while she drove to it and made the beds. It delayed our whole evening.
It was freezing! There was no heating on and we didn't sleep a wink. Trip ruined,
