De accomodatie is nieuw. De keuken, badkamer,… is nieuw en verzorgd. De handdoeken lagen klaar, het bed was opgemaakt,…
Verbeterpunten: - aangeven welk van de twee appartementen je moet nemen, nu was er misverstand. - het appartement was koud bij aankomst. Het nam toch wel tijd eer de living opgewarmd was. Er is ook geen verwarming apart in de badkamer.

Uitstekende ligging, heel dicht bij de mooie wandeldijk van Westende. Het appartement is zeer volledig uitgerust, met 2 flatscreen tv´s, airconditioning, wifi, uitgeruste keuken, mooie badkamer. In de residentie is er zelfs een zwembad, maar we weten niet of het toegankelijk was voor huurders. Ook alle faciliteiten op wandelafstand, bakker, slagerij, supermarkt, cafés, restaurants,....
Het appartement was bij aankomst niet proper. Onder de tafel lagen nog kruimels en in de rest van het appartement was er stof, zelfs een vuile teennagel. Ook op de plinten lag overal stof. Het koffiezetapparaat was vuil en er zat nog een gebruikte pad in. In de vuilbak lag kauwgom en overal was er zand, vooral aan het raam en de voordeur. Daarnaast leek de voordeur nog niet afgewerkt? In de keuken was er geen warm water en onder de kast hing een elektriciteitsdraad die enkel met tape was afgeplakt. Hetzelfde probleem deed zich voor in de technische berging, waar eveneens losse draden hingen.
