Modern loft at Regency

Centrally located, on-site restaurant (that offers room service) and secure basement parking. Apartment equipped with all the essentials for a long term stay, i.e. washer, dryer, iron / ironing board, etc. Kind, friendly and responsive host / owner. Strong WiFi and decent air-conditioning. Always had hot water and pressure was great at all times. Building has a back-up generator, so during power outages we were not affected at all. Will definitely book again.

Kitchen utensils are a bit limited for longer stays and if you want to self-cater instead of ordering in all the time, but owner was made aware and will be addressing the situation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Modern Loft Regency Apartment. The place is truly out of this world — beautifully designed, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable. Nothing everything was perfect 😊

Nice and close to the highway and close to the area I wanted.

The drain in the shower was blocked and kept flooding. The staff at reception were rude and inconsiderate.
