Modern 4-Bedroom Home with Rooftop in Malabe

Comfortable, clean, parking, peaceful environment and Friendly. those are all excellent features to have. That sounds perfect.

We stayed here with my family for 2 and a half weeks and it was a phenomenally comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place. Gated community with roll up gate shutters and a secure front gate. 4 bedroom house with excellent rooms - air con in 3 of them, with a strong fan in the bottom one. Flat screen TV. Fast Wi-Fi - though be aware if you’re using it frequently the limit may wear out, especially with a family so ensure you have a good sim with a decent internet plan. The house is so spacious and excellently designed for all your needs. Good space for hosting dinners and friends too. Space for 2 cars in the house. Includes a washing machine too, which is ideal, large balcony at the rooftop to provide further space. Within a reasonable distance to Colombo city centre too. 10/10 would recommend!

The outside tiles were slippery when it was wet. Need to walk carefully on rainy days

I really liked the spacious bedrooms, modern layout, well-equipped facilities, and the property’s convenient location with modern amenities which made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. I gave a 9/10 because there's always more room for improvement.

Pointers for future improvements- - The sitting rooms and dining room could use air conditioning. - The shower areas could use shower doors/curtains, so the water does not splatter on the rest of the bathroom floor and the toilet. - Hot water availability in all bathrooms. - Bathrooms could use hairdryers. - Telephone showers were installed; however, they did not connect to the water line (or we did not know how to get it connected. It did not matter much since we used the overhead showers) - The kitchen could use a dish rack to dry the wet dishes - A pop-up toaster would be nice to have. - Coffee maker would be nice to have. - Power adapters/converters accommodating for travelers from different countries (nice to have)
