Excellent security
Very poor communication during the booking process
After repeatedly messaging & calling, I only received check in details after 3pm on the day I was checking in
Due to these admin delays, I was unable to get access to park my vehicle in the basement parking. Was asked to park on the road.
Furnishing in the unit was old (sagging couch, old carpet)
Not a good experience via booking.com
