Good location, the stuff was nice.

The photos of the apartments and the building on the booking were not as on real life, in reality the building with apartments was horrible and had another name, very old with strong audibility.

Not a place I would ever recommend to anyone to stay no matter what the price is.

Honestly, nothing.

The place has a different name on it: The Pelican Krabi Condo Luxury Living. I’m not sure if that’s to help hide the bad reviews or not, but this place was beyond challenging. First of all the fragrance that was being sprayed in the unit was so strong that I could hardly be in there and breathe. The tub ran brown water so I couldn’t take a tub, as I looked around the room it appeared that the first floor had flooded at some point and mold and mildew had just been painted over. I was told that they would move me to a different room. I went and packed up my things from the first room and came back out to the open air lobby and waited and no one came back to move me to a second room. I had to reach back out to the manager of the place and he finally came out and he upgraded me to this two bedroom suite with a full kitchen, etc. And this unit brown water came out for the tub, but the tub wouldn’t drain so I couldn’t take a bath, there was no toilet paper in the unit, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and it still smelled like fragrance. Overall, the manager was nice, but the property needs so much work. I don’t think it’s fair for them to be selling rooms to people given the condition of the resort. I did not stay the second night at this place because it was so bad. I asked for a full refund because the first night was spent bouncing back-and-forth to the outside areas and a two different spaces that were still not up to par. I have been asking for my refund now for six weeks and I still have not received my refund.

Not like advertised!

The property manager was nice and friendly, and very responsive over text. The room was very big, more like an apartment than a hotel room, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen living room.

Unfortunately, this property is nothing like in the pictures. It’s not a hotel like the images suggest, but separate apartments located in a big complex that looks to have been a hotel at some point, but is now majority abandoned, with a lot of the facilities looking empty and like they’re falling apart. If you’re looking for a nice hotel, this is not it! Our apartment had a code rather than a key and the door didn’t lock from the inside which made us feel quite unsafe, as the main door to the building also didn’t lock. The furniture and bedding had signs of use, with stains and pilling, and whilst things smelled like they’d been washed it was all way below the standard expected from even a cheap hostel. There were also huge holes in the balcony floor. We had booked this at the end of a longer trip as a bit of a nice splurge, however the standard of the room was worse than the cheapest hotel we’d stayed at during our trip, and the price was way too high for what we got. We ended up leaving the property early, as we felt scammed by the ad.

Very classy and high end suite

The location is very nice, it is the more touristy side of Klong Muang Beach so you litteraly have everything you need, restaurants supermarkets, moneychange service, massages, laundry service. The hotel is being bought by private investors so be aware this is still the Pelican Resort. Fantastic pool, great looks, huge suite, amazing equipment and furniture, the flats are simply spectacular. This is not our usual kind of hotel, this was exceptionally expensive and high end for us but it did not disappoint ♡

The TV did not work at all, no satellite no Netflix no Disney so useless.

Viele Appartements stehen leer, die Fassade ist ungepflegt. Im Appartement fehlen Kleinigkeiten: Regenschirm, Geschirrtuch, Föhn, etc. Im Bad lagen Haare, es war nicht gründlich geputzt, Kalk an den Glaswänden.
