Buena ubicación, el anfitrión muy amable y atento a las solicitudes e inconvenientesque tuvimos. El apto cómodo y con lo necesario. Muy cerca a la zona colonial
Falta bastante mantenimiento al edificio en general, algunos mobiliarios del apto les falta atención... se encuentran en mal estado como el closet de la habitación principal. Los días que estuvimos no contamos con el servicio de gas domiciliario. Deberían tener en cuenta un segundo tv en la habitación principal, ya que sólo hay en la sala y se hace poco cuando somos varias personas.

Lo mejor fue la cercanía a la playa y a un supermercado Ara q estaba en la esquina.
Reservé depto para 4 personas. Había solo 3 sillas. No hay agua caliente. La vista del depto es a un callejón. No hay vista al mar, hasta q se sale del complejo. Estaban arreglando cámaras sépticas, por lo q salieron cucarachas por doquier. Las camas individuales, tenían colchón vencido. La ventana del pequeño balcón, se comunica con el balcón del vecino.
