This place is not just a hotel – it truly feels like a second home. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe, welcomed, and incredibly well cared for. The family who runs this place is absolutely wonderful: genuine, kind, humble, and incredibly generous. Their hospitality and service were far beyond anything we expected. They were always there whenever we needed something, always ready to help without hesitation and never asking for anything in return. We also shared many warm and meaningful conversations that made the stay feel even more special. It honestly felt like being welcomed into someone’s home rather than staying at a hotel. The atmosphere was so comfortable and genuine that we truly wished we could have stayed for months instead of just a short visit. Our stay was absolutely amazing, and we are incredibly grateful to this beautiful family for opening their home to us and making us feel so comfortable and cared for. If you are visiting Luxor, we highly recommend everyone to come and experience this wonderful mansion. It will make your trip even more unforgettable.

Very convenient for nearby shops with mobile phone store, fresh breads, pastries, fruit & veg, general groceries, bike hire and ferry to east bank sites - all these facilities made our independent travel to Luxor go well. We walked and biked through the agricultural flood plains of the Nile, and to the west bank ancient sites, from the house, which was a wonderful experience. Excellent spacious hot shower, which was very welcome at the end of a day of sightseeing. Very genuinely friendly, kind & helpful family hosts, arranged our airport transfers for us and made us very welcome, it was a great pleasure to meet them. We are very glad we chose to stay here and have happy memories.

Beautiful villa very tidy and good value for money, everything you could possibly need in the place, nice views and garden swing too, all great and peaceful, lovely animals. Mustafa was an amazing, kind host who even woke up early to say goodbye. The family were very respectable and welcoming, they are happy to answer any questions and help out as well as allowing you to be in your own privacy. I would really recommend staying here if you are in Luxor it is a true gem

I was overcharged some things by a member of the family when compared to elsewhere when you would expect to get a happy, trustful price as a guest of the family. Not the balloon flight or Feluca ride though these were good prices and I was happy with the experience :)
