The room looks very modern, it is clean and big. The bed is big and there is a shared washing machine on the 7th floor. The building looks modern and nice and it has an elevator. The owner is also very nice :).
It is so far away from the city centre. It is like 9km from Hoan Kiem lake which for me is very far away especially if I go by bike. The main door lock on the first floor is in a really bad position so it is so hard to get your hand inside (you need to squat so you can get your hand through). The bed was hard to sleep on because of the mattress.

Quiet room
Furniture broken leg sofa.
Entry code very hard to get to & alley door has dog poop always.
Help to get out is delayed 2-3 hrs after check out time so must lug all out of there by myself a block to get to car.
