What I would highlight about the apartment is its locación, 10 minutes from the beach, close to restaurants and the supermarket, and there are several parking options outside the building.
The glass shower doors in the bathroom are quite inconvenient and dangerous; they are completely misaligned and come off easily when closed. The kitchen has a dishwasher that is not installed, so I had to wash the dishes I used by hand. They could clean the floors and shower better, as it had quite a bit of mold.
