dużo miejsca w środku, ładne, przeszklone pomieszczenia z dużą ilością światła dziennego, bramki do gry w piłkę dla dzieci, szereg udogodnień jak grill na zewnątrz czy komplet wypoczynkowy na tarasie, piękne widoki na okolicę, cicho i z dala od innych domów
mała kabina prysznicowa, dało się też wyczuć czasem brzydki zapach w łazience, trochę mało miejsca na powieszenie ubrań czy postawieniu butów w korytarzu wejściowym. Mały ociekacz na naczynia, ciężko było tam coś więcej postawić.
