Flat F Bay House

Really nice location, on the beach and next to the harbour and pier. Clean and comfortable place.

° Apparently this is let by a company called 'sykes cottages'. Directly after booking we were flooded with messages, yet they never responded toan important question we asked (just with the same generic automated messages repeated over and over again). Upon arrival we realised we hadn't gotten a keybox code, so we called the number that we got from booking. This is USELESS: an optional menu that is unclear and takes forever, and then they just say 'we're closed now', quickly throw an incomprehensible other 'emergency' number at you and disconnect... We figured it out, found the keyboxcode somewhere in the many long generic messages after all, but it took us a very panicky hour to get in. THE NEXT DAY we suddenly got a text asking if we were inside yet...seriously???? This whole charade is why we gave it the low score, it is no way to start a holiday and not suitable for a 'professional' organisation. ° Sadly only two windows in the whole place open: one in the guest bedroom and one in the living room/kitchen, but that is the one furthest from the cooking area. Since there is no suction there, all the cooking fumes gather in the apartment which is not healthy... as is not being able to open a window in the master bedroom to air that. It felt quite warm inside sometimes, and it wasn't even that hot outside.
