The staff were excellent at responding to questions I had. Jaki, was very helpful sending check-in information for when we arrived late in the day. The apartment was near a lovely square with cafes and restaurants on the door step. The apartment had everything we needed and the air con

I liked the location and how it looked just like the photos.
I felt safe with their security system and found it easy to use. The bed was comfortable and we had hot water.
Sadly we didn’t like how some things weren’t really cleaned like the mold on the walls, the blankets and couch smelled funky.
We were given misinformation about the heating system the radiators never turned on and the door to the bathroom was broken and we weren’t notified about that.
