Welcome to 320 Bayland, a newly remodeled waterfront retreat in the heart of Fort Myers Beach. This stylish and comfortable home offers a peekaboo view of the beach from the living area and is just a short stroll across Estero Blvd to the sand. Whether you're here to relax or explore, this spot is perfect for families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy everything the island has to offer.
Inside, you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The primary suite features a king-sized bed and a sleek ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a private bathroom with its own walk-in shower. The spacious living room includes a large smart TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, offering extra room for guests to spread out and relax.
The fully updated kitchen is perfect for cooking meals at home, complete with all new appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and everything you need to dine in. There's plenty of counter space and a layout that makes it easy to gather and prep meals together. Step outside to the fenced-in backyard—ideal for letting dogs run around or for just enjoying the Florida sunshine. Fire up the grill and enjoy dinner al fresco in your own private space.
Guests can also enjoy canal access and a dock right in the backyard. You're welcome to tie off your boat at your own risk, but please note that Property Manager is not responsible for any damage to water vessels.
