good location, easy to arrive/ depart
smelled a bit - like used bedclothes. not clean - table had a really cheap ugly cover on it that was not clean, underneath the table "cloth" the table was dirty - just had not been properly cleaned throughout (there was even a bottle-top on the table on the balcony). felt like I was staying temporarily in a student apartment (ie soap etc in the bathroom were v basic/ economy and 'value-pack' size, fridge was not in a 'fridge space') - really cheap basic furniture/ appointments.
