Le propriétaire a été très disponible quand nous l'avons contacté à notre arrivée par téléphone. Logement très fonctionnel, joliment arrangé, vraiment agréable. Et un merci à Yvan pour les petites attentions comme les boissons froides qui nous attendaient au frigo, la possibilité de se faire un café ou un thé accompagné d'un biscuit. C'est rare que je le dise, mais là... félicitations à Yvan !

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'ambiance global du logement. Cosi et agréable.
Les communs en cours de rénovation. J'entendais les voisins d'en face discuter et a un moment un certain remu menage à eu lieu dans le couloir qui ne me rassurait pas spécialement étant une femme seule avec une porte n'ayant pas de verrou intérieur (élément qui selon moi devrait être ajouté afin de rassurer les futurs utilisateurs quand à leur sécurité)
