Clean and comfortable but minimal amenities

Was clean, ideally located and owner was responsive to needs. We were there for a funeral and she actually brought us an iron and ironing board when asked if had and it didnt.

Bare basics with no tvs, no toaster, no microwave, no dishwasher (which to me was not important) and minimal kitchen amenities. Granted the site does not say it has these things but doesnt say it doesn't and some of these are somewhat basic expectations...renting a house and not being able to reheat things in a microwave or make toast was a little disappointing. I even relooked the listing on booking.com and it does not say it doesnt have these things and I think whoever rents should clearly know these things are not provided so they can plan accordingly.
