O apartamento é novo, todas as vezes que entrei em contato com a admnistradora fui atendida. A localização é excelente e o apartamento muito bem mobiliado.
Ele fica bem em cima da piscina do hotel ao lado. O problema é que a piscina tem um telão enorme que toca música alta o dia todo. Fui em época de temporada e não sei se em períodos fora é do mesmo jeito, mas muitas vezes acaba sendo barulhento por este motivo. Para ser perfeito o apartamento poderia ter um tanque.
