Amplasarea apartamentului, stradal, însă fără a fi deranjați de trafic, magazine in apropiere, dotările existente în locație. Parcare publica, plătită, neaglomerata, în fața blocului. Ușor de ajuns, mers lejer pe jos, către zona centrală a orașului. Apartamentul este dotat cu aer condiționat, însă deși am fost in a doua decadă a lunii iulie, nu am avut nevoie de el! Comunicarea cu administratorul a fost excelentă!
