Best staying in Almaty , close to everything in quiet and safe area. Owner is friendly and helpful , keep my baggage til late noon when i leaving. Go here to stay quiet !

The most affordable room in Almaty. Very kind owners, they come everyday to clean and pick up the trash. They care very much.
The area around the house is shabby/scruffy.

It is quiet and the owner is friendly.
The toilet seat was broken. I hope they separate the toilet from shower since there are impatient tourist who cant bloody wait for you to have a shower and knock on the door so they can pee. Also, if they have a better ventilation at least a small window where I stay since its hot during summer
