El apartamento está puesto con mucho gusto. Muy limpio y con todo lo que se necesita y mas.

Le logement est vraiment très bien équipé (électroménager, équipements de plage etc) et joliment décoré. La résidence avec piscine est très agréable et calme a cette époque de l’année.

Il y avait une petite fenêtre dans la chambre sans volets et les persiennes laissaient vraiment passer la lumière ce qui nous a un peu dérangé puisque le soleil se lève tôt

The apartment is beautifully appointed and very well equipped. Dishwasher and a washing machine an absolute bonus. This is privately owned and it shows, it's been finished with love. Communication with the host was through What's App and very easy. The sunny balcony has a beautiful view of palm trees, pool and sea in the distance. The swing chair is very comfortable. The pool is fabulous, clean and big enough to actually swim in. The flat is well located with shops and restaurants just outside the main gates of the complex. It was calm and friendly - in October.

Be aware that the bed is quite a small double - no problem for me on my own but for two it could be less comfortable.

All was new plus the washing machine. The owners were chatty and rather pleasant on the phone. The beach impossibly far. Cala Porter is very ugly, chaotic. I was too used to Son Bou.

For the 3th time I froze in the place. Had to order a heater. That I left. Not a thank you. Guests that came after were very happy I am sure. One week freezing I spent until Amazon delivered me the heater thanks to the nice neighbor who brought it to me. He lived same street number but another block. When the fuse came off on Xmas Eve I went ballistic to find me once again facing the usual local selfishness. I had to buy candles at the store. Paying a taxi. Rain and cold for weeks. I moved the fridge, another fridge, and went pale at the sight of chaotic wiring. All appliances plugged into a braid of messy cables. No wonder the fuse went off. I panicked at the idea to spend Xmas in the cold without Wifi. The cuban taxi driver helped me out. He was an electrician. When Wifi Came back, I calmed down. The blanket promised by the owner was so heavy I never used it. Weighed 1 TON. I stayed in the bedroom. Living room was Siberia until the heater fixed it all. I don't hold grudges and forgot the 24 EUR efficient heater left behind but 2025 was the year when I lost all esteem all respect for Menorcans. Each booking I made caused me issues. Once the electrical wiring is fixed, once a light Pikolino duvet is provided, 18 EUR with a polar blanket and once the front door is repaired to block the outside rain and the wind, easy fix, one can enjoy the place in winter. The baby's small blanket helped. The bathroom was a glacier. Spaniards are too lazy minded to get that insulation is a good investment. The whole place could not get warm because the materials are so cheap. The bedroom faces the corridor. A movable wood Bamboo panel can be used as door. It brings warmth and can be moved all around the place. But that is too much to ask in Menorca. The less they do the happier.
