Great little place and the main guy on reception was very helpful. Offered us a complimentary tea.
It was a little run down, and they didn't expect us as were not aware of our booking. A little out of the way but it was near to where we wanted to go.

Property not well maintained, the room assigned to us was not in good condition, floor carpet was very dusty looks like not vacuum cleaned for ages, bathroom wc flush was not working, no toilet paper. It took them
Some time to find out booking, even after all this the caretaker asked us to give good reviews of stay.
