Nice, well equipped apartment in a traditional downtown house next to the big roundabout in Nijmegen center. The historical center is just in 5 mins walking distance. There is spacious living room - kitchen - dining room, so you don't feel crowded. The price is quite fair compared to other accomodations in the Netherlands.
Water pressure was not the strongest in the shower but it is OK, I understand the probably environmental reasons behind. A shower curtain would be useful.

Great location and quiet. An easy walk from the trainstation. Owner allowed us to enter early, which we really appreciated. Bed was very comfy but new pillows are needed.
Older travelers here. Lodging is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator. Our fault for not paying more attention to the discription. Kitchen needs attention, there were not enough pots, pans, knifes to cook, had we wanted.

Die Lage ist absolut super - sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig.
Sehr bequeme Betten.
Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz liegt direkt gegenüber.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Der digitale Code zur Öffnung der Wohnungstür funktionierte bei unserer Ankunft nicht, es konnte aber sofort telefonisch eine Lösung für dieses Problem gefunden werden.
Die wirklich schöne Wohnung wird leider nicht ausreichend gepflegt, z.B. Fettflecken an der Küchenwand aufgrund nicht vorhandenen Spritzschutzes, Abriebspuren an den Wänden durch das Mobiliar, starke Abnutzung am Esszimmertisch und der Kommode im Esszimmer, nicht wieder angebrachte Halterung für Toilettenpapier. Der “Garten” ist lieblos und es bedarf dringend eines Gärtners. Auf den ersten Blick ist alles sauber, aber dann entdeckt man Spinnweben in den Ecken, Staub auf den Lichtschaltern….

Good location within walking distance of train station. Spacious.
Could have been cleaner (there was a used ice cream stick on a shelf, and laundry left in the washing machine). Only one pillow per person.
