The location. We were attending a birthday party at Seahurst Park. The beds were perfect. TV just worked. The living space was the right size and comfy. We didn't cook, so I cannot speak to the kitchen functionality. But it was nicely set up. Coffee was provided. Also a washer dryer unit if you're in need of washing a load of clothes.
Noise transfer between walls and floor/ceiling. Also, parking was a bit sketchy. I mean, there are 4 apartment units with 6 parking spots. The parking area is well lit and feels safe, if you're able to get one of the spots. Otherwise you must park out on the main road and with my 80 year old mom having balance issues, it was a might tricky walking her back to the apartment from the dark roadside.

It was a great property for two couples to stay close to the airport for an early morning flight. There was a great little kitchen area and coffee was provided, but we weren’t there long enough. Relaxing cozy living room and one nice size bath room. The owner was very responsive when we reached out.
It was fairly warm in August and I don’t believe it had air conditioning. We slept with the screen open and it was comfortable enough. A fan would be a nice addition, but I realized this was a new listing and it’s usually not too warm in Seattle. Both beds were the same and one couple said it was a bit too high for them, but managed.
