Modern 3BR Townhome | 3 Mi to Dulles & Reston TC

The location was perfect. It was very easy to check in and get access to the property. It was located in a very nice row of townhomes with a walking trail right around the corner. It was very quiet, it was easy to get parking on the street, and there was plenty of space to spread out in the townhouse because it is on 4 floors. There is a big open common space on the second floor that can accommodate hanging out in the kitchen area and then also in a combination dining room/living room. It is very light and has plenty of seating room to accommodate guests. It was the perfect accommodation for our weekend trip to visit family nearby.

The beds did not have box springs so were lumpy and uncomfortable. They were also not fully made when we arrived and there were no towels set out. There were no instructions on how to change the thermostat and it was hard to find the Wifi code (we suggested having a welcome sheet with this information readily available). There was no soap available at any of the hand sinks and the kitchen has limited equipment, which might be important for someone who wants to cook. There some broken things (kitchen cabinet, spindle on the staircase, ceramic trashcan), miscellaneous trash on the countertops and food in the fridge, and hairs on the furniture, so it could have been a bit cleaner. We did message the host and never heard back.
