Secluded and quiet, but conveniently located above shophouses, making it tantalising for supper choices. Apartment was next to the yacht berth, offering a somewhat obstructed view to the shores of Singapore and the busy causeway. Well maintained facilities, suitable to engage all ages. As a new listing, it has been a very pleasant stay.
There was an incident in which the security guard brought up another tenant to our unit. She was able to enter our unit while we were in it. The managing staff was quick to resolve the misunderstanding. Do note to properly secure the door to prevent access.
There are ongoing construction works, so it might get slightly noisy early.
