The location was fabulous. Lots of wonderful eateries, great shopping in Upper Eastside area. Close to public transportation. Check in instructions very easy.
Lobby, entrance area not kept well or clean. The place is smaller than I thought and much older. You have to be able to climb two flights of stairs.

Good location. Good flat size that has everything you need. Very comfortable bed.
In the extreme January cold the flat got a little cold. However extra fan Heater was quickly supplied and problem solved.

The place is actually really cozy!
Not necessarily a con, but luggage wise it can be tricky as you have to climb stairs. However, we managed.
