The location was perfect. 15 minute walk to the Pantheon, 20 minute walk to Trevi fountain, 20 minute walk to the Vatican, and directly across the river from Castle Sant Angelo. The terrace has “A Perfect View” of the Castle.
Only the bedroom was air conditioned.

Das Apartment hat sehr viel Charme. Panorama und Lage sind fantastisch – Bäckereien, Mini-Märkte, Bushaltestellen und Restaurants befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten (sehr schnelle Reaktion per WhatsApp). Außerdem verfügt das Haus über einen Aufzug, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich komfortabel macht.
Die Ausstattung ist bereits etwas abgewohnt (z. B. gesprungene Fliesen in der Dusche oder dunkle Ablagerungen unter dem Duschgriff). Mit überschaubarem Aufwand ließe sich hier noch einiges verbessern, auch wenn insgesamt alles sauber war. Der einzige wirklich relevante Kritikpunkt betrifft die Küchenausstattung: Es gab nur eine echte Kaffeetasse, keinen Toaster (wir haben uns mit dem Sandwichmaker beholfen) und insgesamt sehr wenig Besteck, zum Beispiel lediglich zwei Teelöffel.
