First line apartment with amazing views La Mata Torrevieja

We loved everything from the spacious apartment perfect location and bars and resturants right on the door step.

Perfect location overlooking beach. Great balcony and well equipped property even beach chairs and sunshades to take to beach. Can’t fault the property at all.

Nothing it was exceptional

The location is excellent – directly on a beautiful sandy beach. The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator, which makes everything very convenient. There is a private parking space in a locked underground garage with remote control access. The elevator is very close to both the garage space and the apartment entrance, so there’s no long carrying of luggage. The apartment itself is spacious, with very comfortable beds. The separate kitchen has balcony doors leading to the terrace, which means no cooking smells in the living area. The large terrace with garden furniture was fantastic, and since it faces east, it offers pleasant shade in the evening during sunset. There is a very well-equipped grocery store in the building (not just a small convenience shop), and many restaurants nearby – from casual bistros to more upscale dining options. Within 50–70 km, there are plenty of attractions and beautiful towns to explore. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and enjoyed it tremendously. We would definitely love to come back!
