We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Milan. The location was extremely convenient — walking distance to the center/metro, very close to the train station and main attractions, with plenty of great cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free — an easy self check-in, and we were even able to arrive early with no issues at all. The apartment itself is styled with real taste, thoughtfully designed and comfortable, with everything we needed. Costanza was a wonderful host — warm, attentive, and full of great local recommendations, always ready to help.

- Perfekte Lage, um Mailand zu erkunden. In einer ruhigen Wohnstraße, aber nur 2 min zu Fuß von der nächsten U-Bahn-Station und einer großen Geschäftsstraße mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. - Sehr sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet - bequemes Bett auf einer Empore und ebenfalls sehr bequemes Schlafsofa - unglaublich hilfsbereite und gut erreichbare Vermieterin

Es hat uns alles gefallen! Einzig zwei kleine Anmerkungen: - Es fehlt etwas Stauraum im Bad: ein kleines Regal im Bad und 2 Haken für die Bademäntel wären sehr hilfreich. - Es gibt keine Mantelgarderobe. 2 Garderobenhaken im Eingangsbereich wären gut, um nasse Jacken nicht in den Schrank hängen zu müssen.

L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, con una progettazione intelligente degli spazi che lo rende confortevole e funzionale. Il check-in è stato semplice e senza intoppi, grazie alla disponibilità e alla reattività di Costanza, la proprietaria, che si è dimostrata sempre gentile, precisa e pronta a rispondere a ogni esigenza. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile dall’inizio alla fine: un grande valore aggiunto che fa sentire davvero a proprio agio. Tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione. La posizione, in via Ozanam, è ottima: una zona ben servita, con tutto ciò che serve a portata di mano per vivere Milano al meglio. Lo consiglio senza riserve e tornerò sicuramente.
