Breakfast wasn't served. There are no facilities for that. Location, location, location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and I appreciated that. Room was big.
No hand towels nor foot towels in the bathroom. After 8:00 p.m., there is no one around should you need towels. Unlike an apartment rental where guests can access extra linens and towels in cupboards, if you realize that you have no hand towels after 8:00 p.m., which is what happened to us, then you do without. There were no hangers.

Los otros inquilinos hicieron bastante ruido en la noche, cerraban las puertas y hablaban en tono fuerte, lo mismo ocurría en las mañanas

La ubicación y las camas.
El piso de la ducha estaba manchado dando una apariencia de suciedad.
Recomiendo tener percheros para colgar bolsos o chaquetas y un escritorio con su asiento, pues él espacio de la habitación está desaprovechado y no hay ni una mesa para colocar las cosas, solo están las dos camas y un nochero.
