Die Lage nahe am Strand und öffentlich erreichbar ist wunderbar. Für einen längeren Strandurlaub findet man alles, was man braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse sehr groß. Nebenan gibt es ein großartiges Pool draußen, eines drinnen und ein Whirlpool. Und natürlich das Meer!
Durch die verglaste Fassade ohne außenliegenden Sonnenschutz wird es sehr heiß (35 Grad beim Ankommen, 34 Grad am nächsten Tag trotz Vorhängen innen). Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und Querlüften funktioniert nur über Fassadentüren und horizontal zu öffnende Fenster - also nichts, was man gern nachts oder wenn man nicht zuhause ist, geöffnet hält. Besser wäre außenliegender Sonnenschutz oder kippbare Oberlichten.
